Congratulations All-Around team. The first win was sloppy, but it gets us on the right track just before the midpoint of the season. Please continue to prepare as much as possible each week, the January schedule really hampered our practices. If you haven't already received the latin phrase study guide from me you can get one here.
Due to the possibility of inclement weather, tonight's match at home vs. Floyd County has been canceled. If/when it is rescheduled your coaches will let you know. Take this as an opportunity to prepare for the match this Thursday vs. Giles.
For those of you with internet connections at home, the 16 day holiday that approaches could be a great time to prepare for our upcoming season. If you haven't already heard of John Green because of his bestselling novels, then you are about to become familiar with him because of his great web series. Crash Course is a Youtube channel created by John and his brother Hank. Here is a link to their intro to psychology video, which is as good a place to start as any.
Hope you all have a wonderful holiday. If you get bored here are some things that might interest you:
U.S. Citizenship test - Just for fun. I took it and missed 2. Art History intro video - get a taste of what you'll see at the college level for your humanities requirements.
